The city of Sunnyvale is a lively Silicon Valley suburb, known as one of the nicest places to live in the state of California. Living up to its name, Sunnyvale boasts a warm, Mediterranean climate that’s beautiful all year long!

Sunnyvale was inhabited for many years by the Ohlone Native American tribe and was later part of the Rancho Pastoria de las Borregas land grant. The area was further established in the early 20th century with the addition of schools and other community fixtures, and Sunnyvale was established as a city in 1912.

Today, Sunnyvale is developed and suburban, home to many major high tech companies. Homes in the area are typically priced in the low millions and tend to be constructed in the California ranch or Spanish style.
