Amit specializes in client acquisition in commercial and residential real estate. Under his leadership company successfully provides services in the areas of Corporate Relocation, Buyer and Seller representation and commercial leases and sales.
Amit is a real estate investor and owns income producing investment properties. He also has invested in land parcels in the growth path of major metropolitan areas.
Amit holds an MBA degree and is engineer by education. Currently, Amit is a CCIM candidate and working towards his CCIM designation.Amit is an active member of Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors, Bay East Association of Realtors, Santa Clara County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Amit is a founding president of the Bay Area Indo American Lions Club, a non-profit organization, part of Lions Club International.Before moving into Real Estate in 2002, Amit founded a software company in 1996 that was sold in 1999. Prior to that Amit has managed the sales operations for AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) in Asia Pacific. |
